Shipping:
We process all orders within 1 to 3 working days.
Orders made with Standard UK Delivery take 2 to 5 working days for delivery. Orders made with UK First class take 1 to 2 working days. International orders take between 7 and 14 days, depending on the destination. Please email us at customerservices@ekuskincare.com for specific time frames on international deliveries as this may vary.

You may receive a refund for an item if it is unsatisfactory due to faulty packaging or if it is defective. Please note that we cannot accept returns on simply unwanted goods due to the nature of the products that we sell. It is your responsibility to choose the correct product. Exchanges can be made for unopened and undamaged products but please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the delivery charges to exchange the product.
Products which have been opened, used or damaged will not be accepted for return or refund due to the nature of the products that we sell. If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods, then you will receive a full refund.
Eku Skincare Ltd is not responsible for adverse effects by products sold through the Website. It is your responsibility to choose the correct products for your skin type. We cannot be held responsible and provide refunds/exchanges on stock affected by damage or neglect after goods are received. We cannot be held responsible and provide refunds/exchanges on sample stock due to the nature of the products that we sell.
To return a product, you must email a returns request via e-mail to customerservices@ekuskincare.com within the 28 days of you receiving your products with the reasons for the refund request. You will receive a reply which contains instructions for returns, a returns authorisation number and the address where you must send your item to. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless it is faulty, incorrect or misdescribed.
The term "full refund" does not include delivery costs. You must return the product in suitable packaging to ensure that it reaches us in good condition. Eku Skincare Ltd will not be not responsible for the loss of returned items during delivery. It is your responsibility to return the items via a secure delivery service.
